***EDITED*** my experience and the customer service ended up being more than exceptional! I spoke out of fear and ignorance, but thankfully these guys are all professionals and know what they are doing! I found out that my prints will be the best quality they can be and that makes me so happy! Definitely will be trusting them for my art from now on! Meh. I didn’t have the best experience here.
