They don't speak clearly and provide information. Just charged 2.5 times more than expected fee for certificate/transcript evaluation. Later on, I have to add another certificate/transcription for which I have to pay additional fee. They charged me for copies which I didn't ask. When I asked about the copies, they told me they printed extra copy by mistake and asked me to pay additional money for the extra copy. They just want to make money by cheating.
