The reviews here are very positive. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I had an Ideal Icos boiler where the control board had failed having only been replaced 18 months previously. Chris persuaded me to replace the boiler with a Baxi boiler (rather than getting the existing boiler repaired) and assured me that we would not have the same reliability problems with a Baxi boiler.
