Update: The owner did reach out and offered help, and reimbursed us. I hate to leave this review as the normal lady I work with is amazing. I talked my.husband into getting a haircut there and now we have to buzz it down to the skin. The stylist had reference pictures of the haircut he asked for, and it's a pretty standard haircut the he asked for honestly (fade) She cut it entirely too short, made a maze in his hair with the clippers, and nicked both ears, once hurt him enough for him to exclaim out in pain.
