Vack pack machine has been broken since the first day that we got it and had just terrible customer service to get it repaired. Has been broken for over 3 months, terrible customer service. I will never be buying from them again and would never recommend to anyone.
The phone tech support guys are friendly and very helpful. Also it’s easy to get ahold of them - no long wait times.
We have this Globe Slicer -S13 series for a little more than 3 months, had to call services 6-7 times( the national manager Michael said that we had purchased over 1 yea, which we only have over 3 months ) the technician came in to fix it, couldn’t put it back together, broke it and stated that he needs to cut the hub. We also bought an another serious but had to return. The S-13 series costs us over $6,000 had 2 years of parts and labor warranty but they cancel. What a waste of money. I spent 3 days getting to know the team at Globe and the products they offer. Such fun folks who truly love their jobs. I can't wait to come back to Dayton, OH to do it all over again!
