I visited Globe on Monday, Oct. 16, to request a repair to my broken glasses. Bob, a seemingly nice gentleman whom I met a week earlier at a mixer that he hosted at his store, said he could put the lenses inside a different pair of frames. Problem solved. Instead, he returned my lenses inside a pair of frames that did not fit whatsoever and charged me $84.
