I hadn't exercised in a long time and was really nervous about starting. Gus, and the entire team, made sure that I was welcome and provided all of the information that I needed. I am fitter, stronger and happier. It's a community of great people, all at different stages of the journey and all are willing to help and encourage. Joining Globe is the greatest thing that I have done and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Globe Athletic is hands down the best gym in Mordialloc. The trainers are supportive, the equipment is top quality, and the vibe is welcoming. Whether you’re just starting out or already into fitness, it’s the perfect place to train.
I really enjoy training at Globe Athletic. As someone fairly new to weights, it’s been great having guidance and support throughout the classes. There is variety with cardio classes, weights classes and a combination of both. The format seems to work well for beginners through to more advanced lifters. I also like having the option of Hyrox training and being able to work towards goals. Gus and the team are super friendly, and the community vibe makes it an easy place to feel comfortable and motivated. Highly recommend!
Having never been able to commit and enjoy a gym before, now 3 years at Globe and loving it. Their classes, trainers and vibe really nail it, and keeps you coming back. Keep it up!
Before joining Globe Athletic and their Strong Box program, I had never really taken fitness seriously. However, after just a few sessions, I was completely hooked! Strong Box is so engaging and effective that I can't imagine not working out now.
