Kayla is the most intuitive healer I’ve come across. I’ve learned so much in terms of stretching, conditioning & training to not only stay out of pain but develop so I don’t have muscular strain in the future. She’s a knowledgeable trainer and unbelievable as a healer. I highly recommend Kayla for training, massage, cupping & stretching.
I love working with Kayla. Her expertise in how the body works and getting the most out of each workout. She takes time to really listen to what my goals are and works with me to construct a program to help me meet my goals.
