I was apprehensive that another cleaning wouldn't make much of a difference, but this time it really made a noticeable difference in the airflow in my house. Technician was thorough and took time to explain what he did differently than previous visits.
I had to work with the building management at first to get approved to start the AC installation but once that was out of the way the technicians were great and respectful of my property the entire time.
I was expecting a straightforward fix for my heating system, and the technician efficiently diagnosed a faulty thermostat, completing the repair in under an hour. This visit was more efficient compared to last winter's where it took much longer to identify the issue.
The vent cleaning took just under an hour, which was reasonable given the buildup they found. They explained that regular maintenance could help prevent such blockages in the future, and the airflow has noticeably improved since their visit.
Carefully dismantled the old unit.
