I am the President of the North Syracuse Education Foundation. We worked with the team at Global Vending Group to get a customized Inchy Bookworm Book Vending Machine for Bear Read Elementary School in North Syracuse, NY. The team was amazing! Several years ago we purchased a book vending machine for Tom Cox Intermediate. Over the years I have ordered additional tokens and called Shawn in the service department for assistance fine tuning our machine. Shawn has been great to work with, solving our issue very quickly. Most recently our lock failed. Shawn again was super helpful and worked with me until he isolated the problem, which was determined that we needed a new lock. Jake, Shawn, and the rest of the team at Global Vending have been awesome to work with. As someone who only needed to buy a couple of machines, I expected to be treated like a number, but these guys have shown me time and time again that they care about all of their customers, regardless of how large or small.
