This company has been giving me the run around in providing the title for a Chevy Workhorse I purchased in September of 2022. I paid in full and was told the title would be mailed to me as I live Texas. I have been patient but after 6 months of waiting and not getting a direct response I am being forced to pursue legal action.
I purchased a vehicle from this company four months ago and I’ve been begging for my paperwork. They keep saying they’re going to send it and then it never comes. I live six hours away from them. I don’t know what else to do except get an attorney involved and sue them for my paperwork as the vehicle has been paid for.
