Rude staff!!! Do not use if you don’t want your stuff to get lost. They dont take any responsibility for lost packages. They dont give you any option for reimbursement or at least try to find the package. Stay away from this company!!!

Probably the worst company… it’s been 7 months i am trying to find out where is my package that i sent it from LA to Armenia. I sent it in February and i received the call in March that the ship had some problems and my package will be delivered in May… i agreed cause i didn’t have other option. I've been waiting for my shipment for more than 20 days, and now they're telling me to wait another 10 days. It's been nearly a month, I will never use this shipping

I advise you not to contact this company. The staff incorrectly specified the delivery address, and my parcel was lost, none of the staff helps me, my parcel was never returned to me, I have to constantly call them to correct their mistake. None of the employees even offered apologies or compensation for their unprofessional actions. This is the first time I've seen such terrible service !!!
