Great service and very friendly staff
I am from NSW and had borrowed a car while in Torquay, Victoria. Got a flat tyre on a Saturday arvo that RACV could not fix (couldn’t inflate spare) so I had to stay the night locally. On Sunday, I found Global Tyres (the only place open) and spoke to one of 2 guys working that day. He was SO HELPFUL and kind! He gave me the advice I needed and once I got the car there, he fitted a new one with no fuss and was just really reassuring and lovely. Only tire place we could find between Ballarat and the great ocean road that was open on a Sunday. The tire we needed was available, replacement was quick and staff friendly. Highly recommend! Thank you Global Tyres team for helping us out - because you were open and able to help us, our short holiday with family from overseas could continue as scheduled and that really meant a lot to us.
