I walked into their office about a month and a half ago, and told them I was planning a trip to Europe and was curious if they could help at all. The woman took down my name, number and travel date info and said I would get a call, which I never did. I’ve always done my own planning for traveling, I was just curious if there actually was a benefit to going through a travel agency. Apparently not this one.
