another unsatisfied customer I have had two issues with this shop. First I took my car in for transmission work and a week later got it back and the original problem was still there. This was quite difficult to swallow considering I paid $2,500 for the repair. Then months later I took my vehicle back for other repairs (I don't know why). Always the best... Very professional staff. The owner Rodney, is always such a help and always willing to work with you however possible. In most cases I have my car back very quickly, never more than 5 days. It is automotive repair and sometimes it takes a while to get parts in. This is an amazing business, and I would recommend anybody to Global.
not a happy camper I have taken my car to global transmission....they said car would be ready the next week and now 3 months later it is still in the shop and there is no telling when i will get it back.... Oh and this is not my first time dealing with them.. This is my second.. I would not have ever went back if they didnt have transmission under warranty. .. Do not go there unless u have another vehicle to drive....
USE TO BE EXPERTS, NOW THEY SEEM TO BE IGNORANT My family and I have gone to Rodney ( owner ) for all our transmission related repairs for years. My father, Uncle and many family friends even went to school with Rodney, and all though he seems to be a great guy ( and is ) he apparently has hired some or at least an idiot.I sent a close friend ( whos also my boss ) to Global to get his Jeep looked at. They replaced the clutch ( which was suppose to take a couples days and ended up taking 2 weeks). My boss drove the Jeep down ... read more
