They are guessing about work that needs to be done. My husband told you it was motor mounts and u had us pay for something else. We pick up the truck and its doing the same thumping like it was! Now u say its the motor mounts. Really. Now u want us to pay for the parts and pay you for the labor. You must be kidding. Don't waste your money
This was the worst experience i have ever encountered at an automitive shop in my life. i had Transmission Experts rebuild my transmission back in October 8 2016. I have had my car in this shop a total of 4 times since. 1) Upon attempting to picking up my car the first time i notice damage to my vehicle.
