Bought a tensioner from them only to find out within 5 minutes of installing that it was faulty. Sent it back and they only refunded me 50% of what I paid. Said it was because it wasnt in original condition. They hold zero accountability for selling junk!

They sell used and incomplete merchandise as new. When you send it back through Amazon, because they are a 3rd-party seller, they set the refund amount. In my case they blamed me and took 1/2 of my money, $135!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! You have been warned.

We ordered a 12V battery for my husband’s motorcycle from Powersports Superstore on Amazon. When we received the battery, it was dead, so my husband put it on the charger. Wouldn’t hold a charge. We understand things happen and sometimes products can be defective. So, we initiated a return and refund because he needed the battery and didn’t want to have to wait for another order. Purchased a Custom Dynamics tail lamp from this company via Amazon. It was shipped cracked in the package. I did not noticed the crack since it was not noticeable unless the lamp was illuminated. I purchased a replacement from them. They refused to give me a full refund on the original purchase because I had installed it. They did give a a 50% refund. I won't make the mistake and shop here ever again.

I purchased a replacement mirror for my motorcycle. The original was damaged, but the new one looked & functioned exactly the same. I'm very pleased with the outcome. Company responded quickly to my questions, as well. The shipping time was decent, but the processing time was a bit long. Took 10 days from order to delivery Didn't think that should knock them down a whole star though. 4.5 Stars would probably be more accurate. But, the product was packed well & looks great.
