I purchased a replacement mirror for my motorcycle. The original was damaged, but the new one looked & functioned exactly the same. I'm very pleased with the outcome. Company responded quickly to my questions, as well. The shipping time was decent, but the processing time was a bit long. Took 10 days from order to delivery Didn't think that should knock them down a whole star though. 4.5 Stars would probably be more accurate. But, the product was packed well & looks great.

Ordered a tire from them off Amazon yesterday night. I recently moved and still had my old adress as my default shipping adress and less then an hour later I realized my mistake and requested the item be canceled. I received a message from them this morning stating that they will not cancel the order and that its my responsibility to put the right adress.. I'm a repeat customer that has bought several tires from them so its very disappointing this is the way they treat their customers. I even stated I was going to reorder ... read more

Don’t bother going here. I wasted about 20 minutes of my lunch break driving there just to be greeted with a sign on the door that says “not open to the public. Shop us online”. What a joke. No thanks. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere, where I can TRY ON a helmet before purchasing. Especially with all the negative reviews I’ve read about their terrible customer service and return policies

Helmet shipped very quickly. Arrived in new condition as advertised. Smooth and easy transaction. I would definitely buy from seller again.
