SCAMMERS!!!! I got shocks from these guys. Sent them back. They received them and then THEY REFUSED TO CREDIT ME OR CONTACT ME!! After 1 year they then said WE DONT REFUND AFTER A YEAR SO THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO!! So what they do is, collect your return, then stay silent and then blame the fact that they just robbed you ON YOU!! This, by the way is after THEY SENT ME THE WRONG SHOCKS!! Awful company!! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!!
Do not use. They had an incorrect part number listed and I realized it when I tried to fit it onto my bike after their 30 day return period. They told me tough luck and that it was just a typo.
AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. While they may propose a return policy, they are as uncooperative as it comes. I shipped an unopened part back to them at my own expense and they are playing games and refused delivery, despite telling me that I shouldn’t do that when I asked them to cancel prior to them originally shipping the item. They have discontinued all communication and continue to play games rather than following through with a simple return.
Horrible place that does bad business!! I bought a stabilizer bar for my truck that stated that it would fit on their website i got it delivered it was the wrong bar. Then i had to pay 130 dollars to ship it back mind you it was a 500 dollar part. Then they proceed to pick apart the quality of the and some little marks here and there and the box??? I was sent the charcoal hot and not the multicolor hat. I called your place of business. They told me that I ordered the charcoal hat I contacted Amazon. They told me I ordered the multicolor hat so now I’m supposed to go to the post office to return it.
