The Time share Freedom Group don't answer the phone calls, I went to their office on Ventura Bl. Sherman Oaks, Ca. only to find out that the office is not there anymore. I received an email from Brenda Galicia, telling me to find another attorney, and good luck. They just took my money.
Do not recommend this company. They took our thousands of dollars a year ago and have done nothing for us. It has been three months since they have returned a call or responded to an email, and we have left multiple on both. They haven’t even responded to the BBB after we had to reach out to them. The people who answer the main number are clueless and say they can’t help and we need to call client services. Take your money elsewhere!
Contracted them in Feb 2021 to help me get out of my timeshare. They took my money, had a great sales pitch now here we are a few months forward and nothing. No emails, no responses to calls, nothing. Left messages with their accounting dept their lawyers voicemail etc. Nothing back. Filed today with Costa Mesa Police Dept. If they find these people I plan to ensure they are locked up. I will be prosecuting to the fullest extent of the law. Take your money elsewhere.

It has been a year since they were paid in full as requested and this company has not even contacted the timeshare to indicate any legal action being taken to dissolve this timeshare. Don't waste your money go elsewhere they won't return any phone calls or emails. They where paid for services not rendered.
