My partner and I tried to get services through global therapy and were initially told we would be put on a wait list which was fine. We were told 2-3 months and were subsequently told 3 weeks. After three weeks I reached out to find out the status of the waitlist and was ignored. I never received any follow up from the company which is just bad business… we were counting on being able to get services because they were needed.
