Sorry, but I can't let these negative reviews stand without sharing my own experience. I have purchased well in excess of 25 items from Global over the past 2 years with ZERO issues. Shipping/packing was excellent. They are my go-to source for used test equipment parts and manuals. I am not employed by them and don't know anyone that works there. I'm just a very satisfied customer.
Great selection of old test equipment parts. I needed some probes for an old Tektronix TDS 744A scope and GTE had many good fits available for a great price. I contacted them with my questions, and they were very responsive and helpful.

Has not even bothered to begin shipping my item yet, ten days after I paid for it on ebay. Edit: I have no way to respond directly to whoever replied, provide an email or something similar and i will send you the ebay order number.
