Very friendly and great experience! I was greeted immediately and was checked on while waiting in line. Gentleman working that day was very nice and positive.
It is the worst place I have sent a package, the guy charged me about $300 dollars for that international shipment, many times I asked him to write the full address and he did not understand me, he is an incompetent guy, he lost my package and it was stolen my $300 dollars
I have heard “customer is the backbone of a business” but nevertheless have ever been treated I expected in a small business until I walked in this store. The owner takes ownership of business, stay gentle and nice throughout my interaction with him. Rates are also overrated like I have seen. Go there and see for yourself.
Every time I visit the shipping center at Global Venture Enterprises I receive top of the line customer service. Sam always greets me with a smile.
