I would give zero stars if I could. They were great at taking our money, not so great at the rest of it. The owner agreed to a refund, so that was appreciated. Second Edit: Owner still not answering phone calls or responding to text messages. Went to store to get my refund, to no avail so far. Edit: Owner agreed to a refund on August 27. As of September 23, refund has not been received.

Initial contact was great in the store. The sales guy was super nice. Order placement was easy. Then it went down hill. I was told someone would call me very soon to schedule. After a week of not hearing, I called back. They said someone would reach out. A few days later, still nothing. So, I called again. I was told install was on the schedule and a date was provided to me, but was told not to quote them on that bc it’s not confirmed yet. $7000 later & still not completed. Have been measured twice, quartzite not cut/fabricated properly and one section missing completely. Owners & sales staff will either not return my calls or provide any resolution & timeframe. It has been a nightmare. I keep calling, texting, emailing. No response. And, no finished kitchen counters.

I have had 3 glitches from Global Stone. 1 they ordered wrong size vanity which they did correct. The 2nd was the 2 pullout drawers were too big for vanity. I was promised a refund check. I have texted and called several times and they won't return my call. 3rd. Their installer Iram installed the wrong counter top. He did not want to pick up the slab from the Northland store and take to Kansas to have it cut so he substituted a different counter top to save him time. I really had high hopes for this group because very friend... read more
