I been here a few times and each time it's always a smooth process. The staff are real cool people and getting load or unloaded don't take too long, but on my last visit the door I was assigned too needed th light pole and gate removed, but the escort assistant me in backing up safely
Be prepared to wait. Make sure trailer is clean and tandems can slide to the rear. When getting loaded or unloaded you can’t stay in your truck. Need a Twic card if not you will pay $75 I think for an escort. Plus safety vest.

If you don't have a twic card, you will have to wait along side road until 8am. Had a live pickup at 8am. Arrived 30min early. At entry post they will ask for pick up info, look inside tractor, then direct you to trailer staging for inspection. Go walk to check in, wait for paper, then walk back to trailer for inspection. Once you clear inspection, go back to check in. They will give u a dock or a row # to park in. If you get a row # wait for someone on golf cart to take u to dock
