Our faculty here at Riverside has had this table for 5 years and we use it every day. We had an issue this week and they sent parts overnight and got us back up and running the next. Great customer service. Ordering 3rd Durabuilt table.
You delivered a machine with missing screws and and a broken rod when our facility hadn't even used it. It wasn't workable. You sent a third party person to come out and do the maintenance and they said they have never seen such a terrible product given. Also to this day you have never paid them, due to the work being "unapproved" when you sent them out in the first place. Then I was told that no further warranty would be covered since I left a bad review.

Our Durabuilt HLT has been a great table. Over 10 years in surgery suite and no issues. Highly recommended
