Three years ago , I changed the windows and the patio door . The instalers did good job . The problem was the person who took the megerments and the size specifisly for bathroom window .The window was small . When I complained , the rep. from the company advaiced me to hire someone to covered short window part with staco . I do not recomend it this company !!! Very bad job .

VERY poor people skills, say they have their own contractors but DON'T, send contractors to job that do poor sloppy work. Stay away from this company.

Worst company to work with. At this point since 2019 still waiting for fix problems with the installation on my windows..they make promises never done...if call they never answer or the phone are disconnected don't trust them...poor service.

The quality of the Windows is great but that’s because they don’t make the windows. When the sales rep came to me house, we explained what we wanted. He showed us “their” product so we agreed. When they came and installed the windows, four windows were the wrong model and I pointed that out to the installing tech. He said that I would have to talk to the manager, Dimitrios Mavropoulos, to get it corrected. I called him right away and told him. He said it was not a problem that it would be a few days to get the correct window... read more
