Six months ago we had ************************ the process existing panels were damaged - these heat the pool. In 6 months no one from this company has been here to access the damage. AquaGuard was working under the ************* workers went onto the roof and photographed the damage. Needed repair parts have been obtained (paid for by Global) and when we called to ask when repairs would happen there are no return calls.
