Ultimately, this company should be ashamed of themselves. They have shown themselves to be extremely greedy individuals who have no sense of morality or compassion when it comes to a persons circumstances. If they were a good business, they would have understood that it wasnt my fault I could not sleep during the study and offered me a second study at no cost, especially considering that the payment was out-of-pocket.
