It would seem that this company enjoys preying upon seniors. She was told that the device would work despite not having reliable cell service in her area. Bonjour, Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie a personne. Je m'explique. Cela fait 5 mois que je suis avec eux et le technicien est venu 3 x déjà. Première fois lors de l'installation le clavier qui avait été envoyer était pas le bon il a du revenir 3 semaines plus tard pour mettre le bon clavier pour que mon système fonctionne. Do not trust this company and their sales person he will give you all kinds of promises and you will end up with big problems. Mario Bernard lied to me saying that Telus will no longer have their services in Quebec province and I have don’t have any contract with Telus anymore and I have to go with the company named Global security.
