Bill was awesome to work with, very responsive and helpful, being sure to answer any questions, even when I had contacted him while he was out of the country on a trip. He was very willing to double check with the manufacturing team on a question I had regarding the test scarf to make sure the design translated properly. Delivery was even faster than quoted, very happy with the whole experience and will absolutely be ordering with Global Scarves again in the future.
