My daughter had an 11am appointment booked for a weave for her homecoming dance. We got there at 10:45am and met another client in the chair getting the same service. Marlo didn't start my daughter's hair until almost 1pm eventhough she had an 11am appointment. Midway through her braid down she stopped my daughter and placed another client in the chair.
