We had water damage to a wood floor in the master bedroom, and also in an upstairs sitting room. The home has an 18-year-old southern pine, wood floor, and certain parts of it had to be replaced, stained, and polyurethane. It was our concern that we would be able to tell exactly where the damage was as well as the repair. Great experience working with my Global Restoration and their team. Sandy, my project manager, was organized, responsive, and kept everything moving smoothly.
