What a great company! I called them in pinch after a recent storm blew out one of my windows. Who shows up at my door? The owner of the company, to personally assess the situation and make sure that me and family are safe and taken care of. They boarded up the window the same day while we wait for my new windows to arrive. What’s even better? The deal I received on these windows is far better than I have seen from any other installer. We cannot say enough great things about Global Restoration! After a massive pine tree fell on our lake house during a major thunderstorm on President’s Day weekend, we were overwhelmed by the damage. This is the second time I've used Global Restoration for water damage remediation and repairs - including installing new flooring. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and you can't say that very often about contractors - sadly! The work was completed as budgeted and on time and the results were fantastic. I happily and strongly recommend them.
When hurricane Helene hit Augusta unexpectedly it took us all by surprise and mine along with many other homes around me was hit by 150ft uprooted pine trees.
