This is the second time I've used Global Restoration for water damage remediation and repairs - including installing new flooring. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and you can't say that very often about contractors - sadly! The work was completed as budgeted and on time and the results were fantastic. I happily and strongly recommend them.

When hurricane Helene hit Augusta unexpectedly it took us all by surprise and mine along with many other homes around me was hit by 150ft uprooted pine trees. We had significant flood damage on 3 levels of our home. After interviewing 3 companies in the area, we chose Global Restoration and did not regret it. We knew we needed Jonathan's help navigating the mitigation errors that ServePro made with our insurance company. Global Restoration was prompt to respond and helped to mitigate any further damage after Hurricane Helene did damage to our home. Staff was courteous and professional.
