The service that I received with Tim was beyond exceptional. He made not only my daughter feel comfortable but me and her father as well. He was very patient, thorough, and answered all questions with certainty. After the completion of her eye shell was done we drove to the Madison office to pick it up and get it installed for the 1st time.
