Have had two tanks from Global Poly Water Tanks in the past with no complaints however I feel I need to issue some warnings to potential buyers following the purchase of a recent tank Don"t be surprised if the special offer advertised is no longer valid Don't be surprised if the special pump price is the normal pump price. Don't be surprised if no one bothers to inform you that your tank delivery will take months. Unhappy with delivery drivers who refused to help husband move the tank 40m into position. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Husband managed it by himself. Don't advertise that you take it to site then refer to fine print after purchase about it being the driver's discretion.

Spoke to the lady prior to Christmas and she told me they were having trouble getting people to work for them and quite frankly I am not surprised. Asked for a site inspection to make sure they could get tank to where i wanted it. Seemed no problem so I placed an order on 14th January. After not having heard from them for some time I called again but couldn't get through so i messaged. This time I was told that the order was placed on Friday, which Friday I do not know because to this date 20/2 I have still received no tank ... read more

Office personnel were friendly and efficient in dealing with my sale. Delivery guys were prompt, friendly helpful and informative. Recommend this operation without hesitation.
