Hiring this company was the best experience I could hoping for. I had a bit of an emergency with detaching a gas range before the delivery of the new appliances. Sam understood the problem and was able to come by quickly, evaluating the problems and solve them the same day. He was available to communicate the entire time and took care of any extra part. Sam is very easy to communicate with and best of all alerts you when he is going to arrive. His work was done in a very professional manner as he explained what the problem was and how he would replace our outdoor faucet which had burst. We were very pleased and satisfied with his work and will definitely refer him to friends.

Sam is the man. He is fair and overly qualified at his job. Every time he has come to our house he has shown up on time and got the job done right. His customer service is so great that he even stayed late on a Friday. If you ever are in need of an excellent plumber give Sam a call, you will not be disappointed. Trustworthy and reliable which is hard to find these days.

Sam is the best !! We had a major leak that resulted in us having to replumb and reconnect our hot and cold water supply. Sam worked tirelessly over the May long weekend to solve the problem. He is very knowledgeable and his diagnosis of the problem was very well explained and his solution was extremely efficient. He kept us informed every step of the way and was extremely professional but he also has a great sense of humour which was very calming. I would highly recommend Sam. Thomas F
