Out appt was at 1:00. They asked us to be 15 min early which we are. I stood at the window to check in and the staff was eating lunch behind the glass lights off. I kept standing there. They then opened the glass I told them we had a 1:00 appt and they told me to have a seat and that they would check me in at 1:00. So far…not impressed!

I love coming here ! The staff is great and they are fast so no long waits in the waiting room and they handle my sons care great!
