Global Payments is the worst company you can do business with. Fees are abusive, customer service is the worst. Their goal is to make money not caring how they achieve it. No ethics, anything.
Awful experience with their EVO division. They do not always deposit your business funds as agreed. They deposit funds when they feel it’s the right time taking the float time to their advantage. They are well UNDER staffed and use that excuse to justify their inaction and delays. The systems are antiquated which is ironic because they claim to be technology forward. 24 - 48 hours to get a response. Combative customer service agents. EVIL Payments, not EVO payments. For a massive global company, do better!
