We have a small business dependent on payment processing. We have not received an ACH payment since June 5, so that is 14 days. We have been told that they have made a change, and if we want to start receiving payments again, we have to switch to a new system. We are willing, but it took us 2 weeks to get that as a fix for the problem. Today alone we have talked to 4 people, been given multiple numbers for a sales rep, one of which was a fax number. Worst company on earth ! Our Visa machine went down 2 weeks ago and although we have called several times and been promised a new machine several times, we never got one ! Canning them today ! In the waste basket you go ! Good riddance !!!
Terrible evil company, charged me 600 dollars without sending me a statement or information me. I have lost 1,000 dollars over the past 3 months
I have been trying to cancel my account for over a year. In the last 6 months alone they have stolen $7,347.15 from my account. DO NOT use this company.
