Frauds I transferred 2 8k from Caesars they sent to the wrong bank. Do not use this service it’s fraudulent. I advise to not use vip perferred withdrawal/deposit.
Disgusting customer service.
This company has been driving me crazy over a 50 dollar payment for months. J have been trying to pay it on the online portal I was givin but it just sits there and spins. Unfortunately I can't do this over the phone for several reasons. Mainly the hours I work. Plus the company is supposed to be in Las Vegas but the letter I get has a Illinois address and this letter does not have my account number on it. So I would say your not getting your 50 dollars.
Do. Not. Trust. (VIP Preferred) Pavilion Payments! I received a random message stating I owed money. Paid that off and another “charge” from this scam-sham. They took my money quickly, no complaints from them. Days go by, and money I paid out didn’t show up anywhere in my “VIP”/bank balance. Tracked transaction, system said my pay was distributed.
