On Oct.15 I went to casino ATM immediately upon entering with friend who turned 70. I was trying to get cash to give him some for his birthday. The ATM said I exceeded my daily withdrawals which I knew I had not after requesting $600.00. Upon getting my card back the machine immediately had a out of order screen. I went to ATM across the room and tried the same thing and it said I exceeded withdrawals. I got on my online banking and it showed $604.95 withdrawn from my account. I instantly got security. Frauds I transferred 2 8k from Caesars they sent to the wrong bank. Do not use this service it’s fraudulent. I advise to not use vip perferred withdrawal/deposit.
