I don’t like to write bad reviews, but this experience really broke my heart, especially since it was right before my birthday. I brought my own balloons in a day early because I had a specific gold and chocolate brown theme. When I came to pick them up, I noticed the brown wasn’t what I had asked for, it was more of a copper shade. I laughed and kindly explained that it wasn’t the color I wanted.
