I went to pick up my balloon order for my daughter’s birthday on Saturday and was shocked by how rude and disrespectful the owner was. She told me to wait in my car because I was “stressing her out” and accused me of touching items in the store. What should have been a happy experience before my daughter’s birthday became upsetting and stressful. After this experience, neither I nor my friends will ever return. Looking at the other reviews, it seems this behavior is not unusual. Very disappointing.
Not even 1 star if Google would allow it. The lady, store owner I guess, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was treated with disrespect and felt completely unwelcome as a customer. Good customer service costs nothing, but unfortunately it was clearly lacking here. I would not recommend this store and will not be returning.
Always a positive experience ! And always fairly priced as well! My husband and I go to her every year for our kids birthday !!
The owner is awesome and really did a great job with helping me select my balloons :))
