After calling around to competitors in the area, requesting approximate service time and call out rates, I called Global Overhead Doors. First of all, it was a real person, not a call center. Second of all their shop rates/call out rates were less than the competitors. And third, they didn't charge a "travel fee" for the city that we are in, like the other local company. Had a garage door spring break over the Xmas holiday. Called them on next working day after holiday and they fit me in to repair both springs . The 2 staff they sent were very efficient working together and with very little verbal communication between them they knew exactly what they each had to do -good teamwork and very polite and sociable.

I called on Xmas eve at 10:30 am to have a tech come and fix my broken spring on my door. Only looking to book after the holidays as they closed at noon on Xmas eve. They said they can have someone over in 15 minutes and have it fixed. Now that's service !!

Very friendly, professional and fast service. Justin and Jelo fixed our shop door that we have had another company come out to fix and after alot of money spent it still was not fixed. We will definitely be recommending and using them again.
