Joe and his team are absolute professionals and extremely hard workers. Joe knows his business well and it shows in the quality of his work, and his work ethic. I had a sewer line back up recently and the Global One team was on-site same day and had everything cleaned up, better than new, within a couple of hours. They cleaned every nook and cranny in my basement and eliminated all evidence of a waste water problem. I couldn't have been more pleased. Additionally, his rates are very reasonable. Highly recommend.

I first used Global One after our basement flooded in spring of '10 - and they were great! Their crew was professional and very nice. They completed the clean-up of our basement and then went on to install drywall in perfect order. John was careful to show me all his concerns which we addressed together. The job was beautiful. From the initial estimate until the end of the job, Global One was fantastic! We had no hope for our well used carpet, but they did wonders! It looks almost like new again! Very professional and the service was great. I highly recommend!
