GNI has the worst patient/customer service. The doctor may be friendly onsite but that’s after you can finally get through to someone and make an appointment (6 months out). Afterwards, No one answers or returns your calls regardless of the location you call (it’s a centralized phone line). Good luck getting your prescriptions on time or ever! Even the pharmacy is annoyed with GNI! Find a new doctor’s office ASAP that actually helps patients.
They were wonderful and more then friendly until my last appointment when I was left in an exam room for 30 minutes with no information. All of the office staff were in a room down the hallway chatting away so when I got fed up and poked my head out to find out when the doc would be seeing me, I was told he was running late and hadn't arrived yet. I have been seeing Dr. Farmer for a couple of years and each visit is for the therapy on. The therapy I’m on helps me stay functional and I could not be more grateful! Thank you!
Great people, from receptionist to nurse to doctor! Definitely recommend it!
