I had a Nakamichi head unit that was resetting. I took it to these guys and they upgraded the software, which didn't work, so they replaced the head unit with a newer one, and no issues. I am sincerely appreciative of the service and how the issue was handled. I recommend these guys.
ChengCheng definitely knows what he is doing. Brought my Toyota Vellfire to have the car radio unit replaced with a Nakamichi. I have never seen anyone remove a dashboard with such precision and efficiency and install it so seamlessly. Came in just to get a quote and by the end of the day the unit was installed. Poor quality and service! I installed integrated carplay here, but after only one or two weeks, the headunit went black. This store did not provide any repair solutions, and the most annoying thing is that I can't get in touch with the staff by phone so far! The service attitude is too bad. Don't come to this store to upgrade carplay if you are also worried about quality problems and any damages to your car!
