I came here for a transmission fluid exchange and coolant change on my 2021 Toyota Venza. They did use OEM Toyota transmission fluid, which I appreciate. However, the coolant situation was unacceptable. They were about to put in a European G13-type coolant that is not compatible with Toyota systems. They also didn’t have Toyota-spec coolant in stock, so I had to buy the correct one myself. Nice small garage in Gaithersburg/Olney area. Very fair pricing and nice people. Labor rate far below any dealer service. Additionally if you want to buy your own parts, they will install them for you. Just double check they are correct before you go. They will also supply parts at a smaller margin than a dealership so you do not have to bring your own. Since it is a smaller shop it is best to make an appointment.

I visited this autoshop for preventive car maintenance notably transmission fluid, brake fluid and engine coolant fluid change. I was lucky to get an appointment the same morning and the lady at the reception was very helpful. Although I live a bit far from the shop, I drove to this location. The service was done well and I left as a happy customer.
