Bad communication.
My motorcycle had a constant clicking noise. I took it to 4 different mechanics including the company service centre who worked on it and ticked it off but the sound wouldn’t go. I was recommended Global by a friend. Left it there Hoping but not really expecting any change. They picked up the fault in no time. Got a message on my phone before I even reached home after dropping the bike off. They sorted the fault and the noise has disappeared. Brad has an extreme level of professionalism and is consistent on updating the progress of the work being carried out. I'll definitely be dealing with him in the future.
