When our family arrived back to our home after vacation, we were overwhelmed with what we saw. The pipes had burst and we had a flood throughout our first floor and basement. I called GMS for duct cleaning and thy went above and beyond. Taking our blower out and scrubbing it outside, opening the trunk line and hand wiping all areas. The flex has all been replaced and our mold clearance test passed and we have peace and no longer have any symptoms.
