Very good customer service! I recently received some equipment from them and found out later that my insurance had not picked up a large portion of the bill. When I called them about it, they told me they had already waived the rest of the bill, before I had even called to complain. Unless I'm misunderstanding something and this is actually too good to be true, they have a fantastic policy for protecting customers from insurance billing troubles.
