I placed an order in October. I never received my order. I called and left numerous messages. After a few weeks I finally contacted someone and they assured me my order was being completed and shipped. I never received shipping information and never received my order. I again called repeatedly and emailed numerous times instructing them to cancel my order and issue a refund. I attempted to order a replacement part last month. I was told there was a problem with the order and it didn’t go through. However, my card was charged and I received no part or confirmation of an order. Now I have attempted emailing multiple times and have left several messages as no one ever picks up at the number supplied. This company is a sham. Order elsewhere!

We purchase supplies from Global Medical on a regular basis and have had a wonderful experience. The products arrive quick and in excellent condition. In one instance I had to call customer service regarding an incorrect shipment and the correct product was shipped free on the same day. Great experiences!
