My child passed away after their services under Air Evac. I have called dozens of times. I either get no answer or promises for follow up on a settlement without any follow in response beyond the scripted payment required messages. Every other medical service offers flexibility especially when the patient is deceased. These folks are money hungry. The lack of followup just adds to the stress of an already tragic situation.
I have been calling about my missing wedding ring that went missing during my ride and it doesn't seem to be getting anywhere. Every time I call, all they can say is it's under investigation, and that an advocate will contact me. It's been two months at this point. I don't understand why I'm not getting any help or straight answers, nor has anyone called me back. They keep saying give it two weeks and I will receive a call. The call never comes.
