Terrible company and terrible service. They do everything to not pay on simple claims for patients and it's disgusting how they treat their subscribers.

Terrible company! I've been trying to get reimbursements for the last 8 months. They kept failing electronic payments into my bank account and would not do anything to process, so I've been having to call them from overseas regularly to check the status. They do not proactively work on claims and until I have to keep calling them to move it along. Each time I call their number, I am put on hold for 20 minutes to over an hour. Agonizing and stressful experience!!

Stay away if you can. I spoke with someone who didn't know 401k with the heavy accent. It's not about the language, but it's usual to speak with someone you can't communicate with. They kill your nerves because of urgency you have. It's also common that you don't have enough time and feel rushed all the time. I got the frustrating response.
