We had an appointment scheduled with Global Mechanical for 8am. No technician showed up. We called the office at 8:10am and they said the guy is probably on his way. We waited until 8:30am, and called the office again as the guy didn't show up yet. The lady said she would call the technician to find out what's going on and would call us back.
