A home warranty company dispatched Global to inspect an air conditioning unit. Within one minute of looking at the backyard unit, the employee said there was no other choice but to replace the entire thing. He took photos of it and sent them to his "boss" who was off that day, so he wouldn't be able to provide a quote. (Does an entire company stop because one person has the day off?) Dec 6th 2024. Called global and had a technician come to my house, I was told nothing was wrong with my furnace after experiencing a 6 flashing light error code. Few months later I experienced the same 6 flashing light error code. Thankfully a technician came and fixed the furnace while still under warrant, I beleive they were trying to outlast the warranty when they came for the first visit. I've now been waiting over 2 months for my warranty to be processed as I paid out of pocket at the time. I was told I would be waiting... read more
